Re. Landscape quote

Thank you for allowing me to assess your possible garden make-over to create something special. The aim of any garden renovation is to create style, unity, balance and reliability so that the garden looks good in all seasons.

Proposed Scope of works:

  5. Divide side lawn area into 3 sections. (Upper lawn, middle low garden with brick path and lower paved area adjacent to Manchurian Pear)
    • Upper lawn area to have most of its slope removed by adding soil and a retaining wall approximately 3 bricks high
    • Central area to have two garden beds with a central path connecting to the paved area
    • Lawn area to be paved (approximately 15square metres) with second hand red bricks and laid on compacted crushed rock and mortar. (Pattern basket weave)
  6. Create narrow beds along veranda and a step off end of veranda (matching bricks)
  7. Realign steppers and area that holds the 2 Versaille pots
  8. Surround all lawn areas with double header red bricks to match paving
  9. Add soil to upper level and lay Buffalo turf on a firm fertilised base
  10. Supply and plant with fertiliser:
    • 2 x 50cm pots Manchurian Pears
