 SHIPPING

• All deliveries $35 Melbourne Metro.
• Deliveries outside of Melbourne Metro $40. This price may vary depending on the quantity of plants and their height. A partial refund will be given to you when plants are sent via Australia Post and the cost is under $40.
• We deliver plants Victoria wide and a selection of plants interstate.
• We will endeavour to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days.
• Deliveries will be placed in an agreed secure area.
• If access to the property is not available at the agreed time of delivery, an additional cost to redeliver may be charged.
• Once our goods are delivered in perfect condition, we ask you to be responsible of the health & safety of them. 

RETURNS

• A full refund/credit note will be issued within 48 hours (less delivery cost) if notified within 48 hours of delivery. This may incur an extra delivery/pick up charge.
• You will be responsible for the health & safety of the goods up until Online Plants Melbourne pick them up.
